If you're looking for support and guidance through a challenging time or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, therapy is a great first step. I have 25+ years of experience working with individuals helping them find new ways to live their lives.  

 While we can't change difficult experiences of the past, we can work together to better understand them and resolve the challenges they may continue to bring in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we can unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.   


 I am a Certified EMDR therapist.  EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is an effective therapy that focuses on long held core beliefs about oneself that are no longer valid and keep you stuck in unhealthy relationships with yourself and others. These beliefs can arise from early trauma and experiences we have encountered during our lives.  EMDR also targets recent traumatic events and helps to desensitize the experience.

2020 was a very difficult year for many people.  2021 will have its challenges also.  I hope we can all move forward in health and joy.

Due to COVID 19,  I am not seeing people in my office, however,  I will be providing Telehealth through a platform called Doxy. I have found this to be as effective as in-person therapy.
